WHAT TO BRING
ART:
Comfy clothes and a light hoodie or jacket (A/C will be on)

​JIU JITSU & KICKBOXING:
Mouth guard; boxing gloves (we recommend 7-14 oz), t-shirt or rash guard; shorts without pockets; flip flops or slides​
​
SOCCER:
Shin guards; running shoes; shorts and t-shirt (comfy athletic wear)
